Care & Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • Do not machine wash or dry. Always hand wash.
  • Brush off loose dirt and mud with a soft brush after each use.
  • Use mild soap (non-detergent) and cold or lukewarm water for cleaning.
  • Gently scrub with a soft cloth or sponge — avoid harsh scrubbing that can damage the fabric coating.
  • Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue.
  • Air dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight, dryers, or heaters to prevent color fading and coating damage.

2. Stain Removal

  • For oil or grease stains, use a small amount of mild dish soap.
  • For tough stains, use a soft-bristle brush and repeat gentle cleaning — do not use bleach, alcohol, or solvents.

3. Zippers & Buckles

  • Keep zippers free of dust and sand. Use a small brush to clean debris.
  • Apply a zipper lubricant or silicone-based spray periodically for smooth operation.
  • Inspect buckles and straps regularly; replace damaged parts to maintain functionality.

4. Storage

  • Ensure the backpack is completely dry before storing.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Do not compress or fold for long periods — hang it or store it flat to maintain shape.

5. General Tips

  • Avoid overloading beyond recommended capacity.
  • Keep away from open flames, high heat, or chemicals.
  • Do not drag the backpack on rough surfaces.
  • If exposed to saltwater, rinse with fresh water immediately after use.
